Makes ...I grew up on the Velveta version of queso. Makes my mouth water just thinking of it :) We tried "authentic" queso at our fave Mexican restaurant and didn't like it (it was stringy and soupy). When I make cheese sauce for baby food the receipe calls for whole milk and shredded cheese and it comes out pretty creamy.
